Política de reembolso
We do not offer refunds for any of our products, but we will allow exchanges of any items. The customer must pay for shipping costs necessary to return the item(s) to us, as well as the shipping costs for the replacement item to be sent to the customer.
To be eligible for an exchange, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. You must first email us within seven (7) days of receiving the product to alert us of the defect or wrong size, and then proceed to return the product to us. Upon our receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement, if one is available. If a replacement is not available, we will provide a store credit equal to the price of the item. Please do not ship your items over for an exchange until clear instructions have been sent from us via email.
All discounted items are FINAL SALE. We will not honor an exchange or return for any discounted items or any limited edition collaborations.
